Hafsia Leghrissi is the program assistant ecology and resource politics at hbs and a PhD student at the National Institute of Agronomy in Tunisia where she works on water governance. She also served as a research assistant in the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and the International Center of Agricultural Research and Development (CIRAD, France). She is a member of World Youth Alliance (WYA) and a member of Water and Development association. She is an activist also in the forum of climate justice: African Union Model (AUM).
Miss Leghrissi’s work examines social, political-economic, institutional and equity dimensions of natural resources and gender issues.
She worked also as a consultant with the European Union, in a project of Cooperation and Exchange between Tunisia and Italy: CQ37.
Her current research work focuses on social analysis, water governance shifts (participatory governance, Water User’s Associations etc.).
